In a recent update, JAGEX made it to where the Duke of Lumbridge
will give a anti-dragon shield to any who ask.(after Dragon Slayer.) This will cause people to get vast amounts of them and, in effect, what little you could get for them will be reduced to almost nothing.

also, the "anti-dragon shield"
is very useful for "f2p" mages,
as it does not carry a magic negative
as most shieds do.
